Sen valmistus on helppoa ja nopeaa. Lopputuloksena pieni kulhollinen hampaisiin mukavasti tarttuvaa namia, jonka nauttiminen tosin aiheuttaa riippuvuutta herkullisuutensa vuoksi\u2026 Butterscotch kastiketta tarvitaan kermakaljaa varten (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pikeeripossu.fi\/index.php\/2020\/11\/16\/kermakalja-harry-potterin-lempijuoma-ohje\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">linkki ohjeeseen t\u00e4ss\u00e4!<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Butterscotch (kermatoffee) kastike<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>100 g voita<\/li><li>2 dl kuohukermaa<\/li><li>160 g fariinisokeria<\/li><li>2 tl vaniljauutetta (tai aromia)<\/li><li>1\/4 tl suolaa<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kiehauta miedolla l\u00e4mm\u00f6ll\u00e4 paloiteltu voi, kerma ja sokeri kattilassa, sekoittele kunnes sokeri on liuennut. Anna kiehua hiljakseen itsekseen noin 5 min ajan. Poista levylt\u00e4 ja sekoita joukkoon vaniljauute sek\u00e4 suola. Siirr\u00e4 kastike muoviseen s\u00e4ilytysastiaan j\u00e4\u00e4htym\u00e4\u00e4n. S\u00e4ilyt\u00e4 j\u00e4\u00e4kaapissa kannen alla.
