Olen kehitellyt keksiresepti\u00e4ni useamman vuoden ajan, ja edelleen muuntelen sit\u00e4 s\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6llisesti. Vuodenaikojen mukaisesti vaihtelen makua ja koostumusta, mutta t\u00e4m\u00e4 on perusreseptini, jolla useimmiten leivon keksitaiteeni canvakset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keksitaidetta ja keksikoristelua ajatellen kekseiss\u00e4 t\u00e4rkeint\u00e4 on se, ett\u00e4 ne pit\u00e4v\u00e4t mahdollisimman hyvin muotonsa uunissa, eiv\u00e4tk\u00e4 levi\u00e4 tai paisu. Parhaan tuloksen saat, kun laitat keksit hetkeksi pakastimeen tai j\u00e4\u00e4kaappiin ennen uuniin laittamista.<\/li><li>Leivo keksit leivinpaperin p\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4 jauhojen kera, t\u00e4m\u00e4 est\u00e4\u00e4 taikinan tarttumisen alustaan. Taikinan t\u00e4ytyy olla leipomisen aikana ja uuniin laittaessakin hieman viile\u00e4\u00e4; se edesauttaa keksej\u00e4 pit\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n paremmin muotonsa uunissa. Paista keksej\u00e4 uunissa 180-asteessa noin 7-9 min ajan. Paistoaika riippuu t\u00e4ysin keksien koosta ja paksuudesta. Oikein isoja ja paksuja keksej\u00e4 t\u00e4ytyy paistaa pidemp\u00e4\u00e4n.
